CANCELLED - Narrathon 2016 - 27 Apr 16

Dear All,

Unfortunately we have too few entrants to this years Narrathon for it to be viable, and it is with regret that we are cancelling the event. Full refunds will be given to those who have entered - please either email your bank details to us or a phone number we can contact you on to organise the refund.

We will endeavour to organise an event in a new, fresh, format either later this year or early next year which might be more appealing to a wider range of people.

Apologies for any inconvenience.

The competition

The Narrathon is a multi-disciplined event involving a ski paddle on Narrabeen lake, beach run, ocean swim and ocean board paddle. The event can be completed by single competitors or as a team of up to four people and is open to Surf Life Saving members and the general public. The Narrathon can be won by any individual competitor using SLSA spec equipment only.

While there are prizes for the winners, the focus of the event is on participation and all abilities are welcome.

The Narrathon is organized and run by Narrabeen Beach Surf Life Saving Club and proceeds from the event go to the club.
